What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow an assigned book of business while hunting for net-new opportunities
- Sell B2B solutions to freight forwarders, 3PLs, distribution centers, and supply chain organizations
- Travel across California to meet with prospective and existing clients (must have reliable transportation)
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term retention
- Present solutions and close deals with decision-makers across various verticals
- Utilize CRM and virtual sales tools (Zoom, Teams, LinkedIn) to manage pipeline and meetings
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What You Bring
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding
- Proven track record of both account management and new business development
- Located in California and open to traveling for client meetings
- Tech-savvy and fluent in virtual sales platforms and CRM tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter mindset, disciplined, and performance-driven
- Comfortable with a compensation structure of ~$100K base + commissions
