What You’ll Get

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain full-stack features that are fast, reliable, and user-friendly
Collaborate closely with product and design to create thoughtful, human-centered experiences
Own projects end-to-end—from whiteboard to production
Tackle complex technical problems with a collaborative and curious team
Shape the future of creator monetization and advertising infrastructure

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills: Please read in full!!!!

5+ years as a full-stack or generalist software engineer
Expertise in React/Next.js (frontend) and Python/Django/Postgres (backend)
Experience shipping user-facing products (not just tools or backend infrastructure)
Clear evidence of career progression or growth within a company
Strong product sense and ability to translate design into seamless UX
CS degree from a top-tier university (not required, but a strong plus)
Ex-founders or founding engineers at successful venture-backed startups
Experience with ad tech or creator economy platforms
A background at top tech companies (Google, Meta, Spotify, Airbnb, etc.)
