What you'll be doing
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM · 1 weekend per month · 2 holidays per year

What you'll be doing
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team on patient care plans
- Delivering quality SLP services directly to patients in their homes across Somerset, PA and nearby communities
- Spending roughly 20% of your day traveling between patient locations
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM · 1 weekend per month · 2 holidays per year
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in the state of Pennsylvania
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare
- 1+ year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Practice Partner EMR, or EHR implementation
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Comfortable with regular local travel as part of daily responsibilities
- Pennsylvania SLP license number on hand—please include it in your application if available
