Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | Relocation Available
As an X‐Ray Technologist, you will perform a wide scope of technical imaging procedures, applying independent judgment and creative problem‐solving to assist in diagnostic processes. You may be assigned to supervise or instruct other staff under the guidance of the Lead Technologist or Operations Manager. You will uphold infection control practices and confidentiality standards, and must be proficient in operating and troubleshooting CR, DR, PACS, HIS, and RIS systems. You will attend annual mandatory training, maintain department competencies, and adhere to hospital/department policies (including OSHA standards).

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a broad variety of radiologic imaging procedures independently and proficiently
- Utilize PACS, HIS and RIS computer systems; troubleshoot CR, DR, PACS applications
- Practice infection control and body substance isolation in clinical settings
- Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with departmental/hospital policies
- May assume supervisory or instructional duties as assigned
- Attend and complete mandatory education (e.g., bloodborne pathogens, infection control, body substance isolation) and maintain departmental competencies
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Program approved by the AMA
- Valid Massachusetts Radiologic License (MALIC)
- ARRT(R) - Registered Technologist in Radiography (RTR)
- CPR certification required
- Ability to function independently and efficiently in a high‐stress, fast‐paced environment
- Attendance at all mandated training/education sessions
Skills Set Required
- Proficient in operating and troubleshooting digital radiography systems (CR/DR) and PACS/HIS/RIS workflows
- Strong patient care and communication skills, including managing a fast‐paced imaging environment
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
