What You'll Learn & Do                                

Work alongside experienced engineers, designers, and technicians on real-world projects that matter:
  • Renewable Energy Integration - Design utility interconnections for solar, battery storage, and microgrids
  • Electrification Projects - Support electrical designs replacing fossil fuel systems with clean electric alternatives
  • Power System Analysis - Conduct studies evaluating new and existing electrical equipment performance
  • Protection & Control - Assist with control scheme design, relay programming, and commissioning support
  • You'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle—from initial concept through final testing—while building expertise in modern power systems and sustainable energy technologies.

What We're Looking For                                     

Required:
  • ABET-accredited electrical engineering degree (graduating by June 2026)
  • Strong academic foundation in power systems, circuits, and electrical theory
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
Preferred:
  • Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam
  • Coursework or projects in power systems, renewable energy, or energy storage
  • Internship experience in electrical engineering
Position Details                                        
  • Location: Connecticut office
  • Start Date: June 2025 (flexible for graduation schedules)
  • Travel: Regional site visits approximately 1 day per week; minimal overnight stays
  • Compensation: $67,000-$77,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package
