Account Manager – Greater NYC Area
Salary Range: $87,000–$97,000
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Flexible start between 8–10AM

A respected and growing commercial services company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee multiple client sites across the Greater NYC area, including parts of Westchester. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing operations, leading distributed teams, and strengthening client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Team Leadership: Manage day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple locations, ensuring staffing, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—building relationships, resolving concerns, and delivering consistent results.
Hiring & Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members, creating a positive, high-performing workforce.
Travel Support: MetroCard provided for NYC travel; company vehicle or mileage reimbursement available for Westchester-based sites.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of direct management experience overseeing a distributed workforce
Commercial cleaning industry background required, with client-facing responsibility
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
