Gervino Group is partnering with a progressive behavioral health organization seeking a compassionate and creative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role offers the opportunity to work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments to determine appropriate interventions
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
- Oversee and support the implementation of behavior programs by clinical staff
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
- Facilitate parent training sessions to ensure consistency between home and clinical settings
- Develop treatment goals and maintain accurate, compliant documentation for insurance and clinical review
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals involved in client care
- Stay current with ABA research, methodologies, and best practices
- Perform additional duties aligned with BCBA standards and behavioral health practices
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Licensure & Certification
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed/eligible to practice in the state of Michigan
