Are you passionate about company culture, employee engagement, and making a strong first impression? We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist / Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience from day one.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role serves as a company culture ambassador and the face of our HR team—both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded HR background and a passion for people, process, and creating a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for industrial and other roles, supporting hiring managers and maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Administer bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support benefits enrollment and administration, including employee communication and issue resolution.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, handling concerns professionally and in alignment with company culture.
Coordinate HR events and initiatives that foster engagement and reinforce our family-focused environment.
Provide general HR support across departments and maintain accurate records and compliance.

Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with hands-on experience in recruiting, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
Prior experience with industrial or manufacturing recruitment is a strong plus.
Professional, positive, and team-oriented demeanor.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
High level of integrity and ability to represent company values in every interaction.
Must be based locally in Tallahassee, FL or nearby South GA (Thomas or Grady Counties).
No relocation assistance is available for this position.
