Responsibilities

Develop new employee benefits accounts
Consult with business owners and HR leaders
Present benefit solutions
Maintain strong client relationships
Achieve sales goals

Qualifications

Employee Benefits sales experience
Health & Life License preferred
Strong consultative sales skills
Excellent communication abilities
