What You’ll Do
- Expand our client base across commercial cleaning, janitorial, and building maintenance accounts
- Build relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and decision-makers who rely on trusted service partners
- Identify opportunities, create smart proposals, and close deals that last
- Represent the brand at industry events and make your presence known in Manhattan and Northern NJ
What You Bring
- 5+ years in commercial cleaning/facilities sales (must-have)
- A record of exceeding quotas and landing new accounts
- Confidence to talk shop with both property managers and executives
- A hunter’s mentality — you thrive on building pipelines and beating targets
