Occupational Therapist - Home Health

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with a care team on the management and delivery of patient care plans across Somerset and nearby communities
• Traveling to patients' homes (roughly 20% of your day)
• Staying on top of charting with technology built to make it efficient
• Self-managing your schedule with the backing of dedicated schedulers and 24/7 after-hours support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA/AMA jointly accredited program
• Valid Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) license in Pennsylvania
• 1+ year of occupational medicine experience
• 2+ years of social work experience
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification
• Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel to patient homes
• Comfortable with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software as part of daily workflow
