What you'll be doing

Collaborating with a care team on the management and delivery of patient care plans across Somerset and nearby communities
Traveling to patients' homes (roughly 20% of your day)
Keeping up with charting using state-of-the-art technology designed to keep it fast
Self-managing your schedule with support from dedicated schedulers

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM · 1 weekend per month · 2 holidays per year

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Valid Physical Therapist license issued in Pennsylvania
1+ year of healthcare experience
1+ year of experience with EMR systems (including Practice Partner or equivalent)
Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel to patient homes
Comfortable with tablets, mobile phones, and digital tools as part of daily workflow
Pennsylvania PT license number—please include it in your application if available
