What you'll be doing

Collaborating with a care team on the management and delivery of patient care plans across Somerset and nearby communities
Traveling to patients' homes (roughly 20% of your day)
Staying on top of charting with technology built to make it efficient
Self-managing your schedule with the backing of dedicated schedulers and 24/7 after-hours support

Required qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA/AMA jointly accredited program
Valid Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) license in Pennsylvania
1+ year of occupational medicine experience
2+ years of social work experience
Current AHA BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification
Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel to patient homes
Comfortable with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software as part of daily workflow
