About the Role
This hands-on finance role plays a key part in variance forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting. You’ll work with large data sets, support financial close, and automate processes—all while working closely with key departments and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, analyze, and interpret complex financial data to support business decisions
- Forecast and analyze variances in revenue, manufacturing spend, and margin
- Generate reports using standard cost models
- Develop and automate analytical tools and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost projects and strategic insights
- Support financial close activities and key reporting deadlines
- Partner with R&D and manufacturing to forecast spending and monitor drivers
- Improve Oracle processes and assist in system automation initiatives
- Contribute to budget planning and forecasting cycles
- Work on ad hoc analysis and financial reporting as needed
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of relevant experience (public accounting a plus)
- Strong grasp of U.S. GAAP
- Manufacturing or semiconductor industry experience is highly preferred
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and a collaborative, team-first mindset
