Gervino Group is assisting a respected hospice care organization in finding a Registered Nurse who brings both clinical experience and genuine compassion to the work. What you'll be doing

• Managing and delivering individualized patient care plans
• Keeping up with charting deadlines using your EMR skills
• Owning your schedule and time with confidence and consistency
• Occasional local travel to patient locations as needed

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM · 2 holidays per year
On-call is part of hospice nursing, and this team structures it fairly—rotating every 5–7 weeks so the responsibility is shared and the rest of your weekends stay yours. When you are on, it's overnights only: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• 2+ years of hospice nursing experience
• 1+ year of experience with EMR systems (TruChart EHR or equivalent)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Nice to have
• Pennsylvania RN license number—please include it in your application if available
