Janitorial Project Manager—Phoenix, AZ

We're looking for a hands-on Janitorial Project Manager who knows the commercial cleaning world and knows how to lead people. You'll oversee field teams, coordinate schedules, conduct inspections, and make sure every client location is running at its best.

What You Bring

4+ years of project management experience leading large teams
2+ years working directly in the commercial cleaning industry (a must!)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
